Who We Are
Bibles in Bulk works closely with a number of publishers to be able to offer great deals on a wide selection of Bibles and other products in bulk quantities. Our goal is to make purchasing bulk products affordable and easy. We are excited to partner with each of you as you use these materials to further spread the Gospel.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
We also accept payment by check or money order that is drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars.

Please note that orders paid by check or money order will be on hold until the check or money order has been received.
When will you charge me?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, your account will be charged as soon as the order shipped (within 24-48 business hours).
Can I be billed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide C.O.D. (collect on delivery)
How soon can I expect to receive my order after it ships?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, your order should ship within 24-48 business hours through a Ground service which generally takes 5-10 business days to arrive.
If you paid by check or money order, your order will be on hold until payment is received. Once we receive payment, your order will ship within 24-48 business hours.
Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you have expedited shipping?
No, at this point we only have free Ground shipping available on our site which generally takes 5-10 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States. (This excludes Alaska & Hawaii)

What if my item is not available?
Occasionally the items you ordered may not be available to ship right away. If that happens we will contact you to let you know and will give an expected shipping date. We will not charge your credit card or PayPal account until the item becomes available and ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
Bibles in Bulk collects sales tax for the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY.
What tax exempt forms do I need to submit?
Please consult your local state agency as to what forms are required by your state to be tax exempt. Note: Sales tax is based on the state the order is shipping to.
How do I submit tax exempt forms?
To submit your tax forms while placing an order, please click on the 'Add tax exempt certificate' on the order summary page of the order.
To submit your tax forms from your account, please login to your Bibles in Bulk account and click on the 'Add tax exempt certificate' on the Account Dashboard page.
You may also submit your tax forms via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax them to 978-573-8395.
I already placed an order, can I be refunded for the tax?
Yes, please submit your tax exempt forms and let us know you already placed an order so we can refund you the amount of the tax charged on the order.
Can more than 1 person use the same tax exempt number?
Tax exempt status is given to organizations and not to individuals. However, multiple people at the organization can use the same tax exempt forms. Each person would have to submit the form to be added to their account.
Note:The following states require the order & the payment to be in the name of your organization, not that of an individual at your organization -CT, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MO, MI, MN, MS, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY.
We'll accept returns within 60 days of receipt of your order for a refund. The items must be in new, unused and in sell-able condition. Please return them to the shipper's address on your package.
If you've received defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items from us, please call us at 1-800-944-6360 or email us at email@example.com. We'll ship a replacement to you and help you with your return.
